The Foundation for Research in Physiology aims to be an innovative response and a centre of excellence for fundamental public health challenges, i.e. cancer prevention, cardio-vascular diseases and Alzheimer's disease. Its goal is to develop scientific knowledge in the specific area of physiology to find better ways of preventing these diseases.
